This two week elective for students in the MD/MBA program serves as the culminating experience in the capstone sequence. Building on the work completed during the prior practicum, students synthesize their project findings into a professional presentation. The course emphasizes the development of soft skills essential for leadership, including creativity, communication, and teamwork. Whereas the earlier capstone courses focus on technical and analytical competencies, this elective provides dedicated time to refine the interpersonal and presentation skills required to convey complex ideas effectively in business and organizational settings. Completion of the one year didactic coursework through the Alvarez College of Business as required for the MD/MBA dual degree program. .
