Catalog description

This intensive course is designed to equip medical professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively respond to a wide range of disasters and emergencies, both natural and non-natural. Participants will engage with a multidisciplinary approach covering disaster medicine, incident command systems, emergency preparedness, and global health considerations. This course is only open to 4th year or late 3rd year medical students who have complete their core clerkships. Prerequisites include completion of all core clerkships. Open for Cross Enrollment on Space Available Basis.
