Scientific Writing for CSA MSc Students. 1 Credit Hour

Catalog description

This course is designed to provide 2nd year graduate students in the CSA master's program the opportunity to develop their skills in scientific writing. The course will focus on critical thinking, clear and concise presentation of research endeavors, and communicating science in written form (proposals, papers, etc.). The skills learned in this course should facilitate writing of the thesis proposal (due 1st semester) and the thesis (typically completed during the 2nd semester).
