This course will provide an overview of evidence-based methods for developing and evaluating leaders and leadership. It will examine leadership theory, various management styles, and organizational behavior theory. Discussion will focus on practices and principles related to developing leadership skills. Students will enhance their self-awareness concerning strengths and development needs as they relate to their career aspirations, through activities such as multi- source feedback and reflective learning.
