Transition Programming for Students with Disabilities. This course focuses on the legal requirements and evidence-based practices related to preparing individuals with disabilities for the transition from youth to adulthood. Emphasizes person-centered planning, strengths-based and culturally responsive practices, and programming for inclusive postsecondary education, employment, and community settings. Specific field experience may be required.
