Assessment for Individualized Instruction for Students with Disabilities. This course focuses on the foundations of formal and informal assessment techniques for students in need of intensive interventions within a multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) framework. Emphasizes data-based decision making, response to intervention (RTI), and the development of specialized instruction for individualized education programs (IEPs). Specific field experience may be required.
