Catalog description

Internship in Rehabilitation: This course requires the student to complete a field experience under clinical supervision of a CRC in an approved rehabilitation setting. The internship is designed to provide a 600-hour field experience, which offers the opportunity for the application of theory to the practice of rehabilitation counseling. Students develop and demonstrate clinical and case management skills and acquire competency in areas such as assessment and evaluation, counseling services, resource utilization, job development and job placement services.
