Catalog description

This class provides graduate and upper division undergraduate students with the most up-to-date research findings within the field of behavioral neuroscience. A series of guest speakers will deliver research presentations highlighting their most recent findings adopting innovative state-of-the-art experimental techniques. Accordingly, this class will provide students with a platform to [I] learn about new research techniques, [2] establish networking opportunities, [3] learn about specialty topics within the field of neuroscience (i.e., chemical senses, addiction, depression, learning & memory), and [4] discover career paths (within and outside of academia) across the field of psychobiology/neuroscience.
