Neonatal Advance Practic B

Catalog description

This practicum course is the last in a series of six preparing students as neonatal nurse practitioners. Students will apply comprehensive didactic content in the clinical management of high-risk neonates and children up to 2 years of age with acute and chronic illnesses in Level III and Level IV neonatal and/or intensive care units. A minimum of 180 practicum hours are required. Additional hours may be required to demonstrate competency.
