Nursing Management Residency Working with a nursing management or leadership mentor, students synthesize knowledge from previous courses to identify a systems level nursing management issue within a health care agency and work to develop and implement an evidence based solution. Students also reflect on the NSM program as a whole in relation to national standards for nursing administration and personal growth and development. 120 mentored residency hours.
