Catalog description

This 7 week course will utilize acute and chronic illness management models to optimize health of adults and geriatric adults. The course will address health promotion, disease prevention practices, patient-focused optimization of health, and end of life care. Emphasis is on the management of common acute and chronic conditions in adults and geriatric adults. Co-requisite with N5101 (Adult & Geriatric Health I Clinical Practicum).
