Catalog description

This 7 week course will build on didactic principles in Adult & Geriatric Health I to utilize acute and chronic illness management to optimize health of adults and geriatric adults. The course will address health promotion, disease prevention practices, patient-focused optimization of health, and end of life care for selected disease states. Emphasis is on the management of common acute and chronic conditions in adults and geriatric adults. Co-requisite with N5224.
