Catalog description

Senior Seminar The purpose of this course is to provide the student the opportunity to function as contributing member of the interprofessional team and collectively apply the knowledge, practice, and skills acquired in previous courses. Students will provide care to caseload of patients that is safe, evidence-based, patient-centered, and focused on promoting positive patient outcomes. Emphasis is placed on demonstration of professional behaviors, communication that supports information exchange, collaboration and conflict meditation, ethical comportment and the ability to effectively use leadership skills.
