Evidence-Based Research (3-0) This course is designated to promote clinical decision making, based on evidence, through the exploration and integration of current scientific evidence, use of clinical reasoning, identification of patient preferences, and assessment of available resources. Focus is placed on the analysis and synthesis of evidence to answer a clinical question relevant to nursing practice and patient centered care. Major Restriction: NURS. Prerequisite: Admission to the upper-divisions Nursing Program and/or department approval. Nursing major fee required.
