Topics emphasized include Strategic and Change Management, Large Language Models, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Artificial Generative Intelligence, Robotics, and Robotic Process Automation. It also emphasizes AI implementation topics such as change management, job design and redesign, and machine-human interactions. There is also an emphasis on understanding AI-related issues such as bias, cyber-security, ethics, societal, and legal issues.
