Catalog description

The first part of this course will cover solidification of metals and alloys, and metallic glasses, during conventional and additive manufacturing techniques. The second part focuses on solid-state diffusional transformations, including precipitation, eutectoid, order-disorder, and massive transformations, as well as diffusionless transformations.
