Junior-Senior Seminar (3-0) This capstone course for history majors emphasizes primary source research and historical analysis. It is a seminar, not lecture-based, with class time devoted to discussing assigned readings. Students engage with key debates among historians, develop research skills, and produce a research paper on a chosen topic using original sources. Seminar topics vary each semester, allowing students to explore diverse historical issues while refining skills in preparation for graduate school or professional careers. Required for history majors. Open to others with permission.
