Advanced Legal And Ethical Aspects of Leadership (3-0) This course examines the legal and ethical issues that face educational leaders, including responsibilities, accountibility, the public interests and professionalism. Students will also analyze and synthesize the judicial interpretations of constitutions, statutes, rules and regulations, and the common law with special focus on individual student's interests. .
