Dissertation Proposal

Catalog description

All PhD students must register for this course before the fifth semester of study (for students admitted with a master degree), or the seventh semester of study (for students admitted without a master degree). The student should prepare a dissertation proposal directed by a Dissertation Committee. Before the end of the semester, the student must present the dissertation proposal to the Dissertation Committee in a formal Dissertation Proposal Examination. The Dissertation Committee may recommend specific modifications to the research plan as an outcome of the Proposal Examination. Keywords: research plan, research proposal, dissertation committee.
