Catalog description

This course is designed to provide students with a critical and culturally responsive understanding of the pedagogical approaches to meet student learning needs within their classrooms. Students will engage in ongoing reflexivity about their own learning experiences, critical pedagogical frameworks, and how that impacts course mapping and assessment practices. Students will begin to understand and learn how to engage with diverse student populations who learn differently. Students will be challenged to reframe traditional forms of assessments to embrace student-centered deliverables as learning and community artifacts.
