This course provides a comprehensive examination of the structure, purpose, and implementation of the official teacher appraisal system in the State of Texas. Designed for educators and administrators, the course explores all components of the current Texas teacher evaluation process, including its legal foundations, practical application, and impact on instructional effectiveness. Upon successful completion, participants will be eligible for official certification by the State of Texas to conduct teacher appraisals using the state’s approved evaluation system.
