This practicum experience provides candidates for superintendent certification with authentic, supervised opportunities to apply knowledge and skills in district-level leadership. Guided by university faculty and experienced superintendents, candidates engage in projects and leadership activities aligned to the Texas Superintendent Competencies and professional standards.
