Catalog description

This course will continue to reflect the emphasis of Arabic 1311 on Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and the spoken dialect of the instructor. Students will continue to build on the skills and strategies acquired in Arabic 1311 for all listening, reading, speaking, writing and culture modalities. In addition to increased vocabulary repertoire, a greater emphais will be placed on basic grammatical understanding, to deal with more complex sentence structure, and larger spoken and written exercises.
