This course provides an in-depth exploration of curriculum design and assessment techniques. Students will learn about various types of assessments, including formative, summative, and diagnostic, and how to effectively align these assessments with learning objectives. The course will also cover standards and benchmarks, the creation of reliable assessments, and the use of data-driven decision making to inform instructional practices. Additionally, students will explore strategies for continuous improvement in curriculum development.
