This course explores the landscape of open-access and web-based technologies used in modern educational and instructional settings. Students will evaluate, analyze, and design learning experiences that leverage free, collaborative, and browser-based tools to enhance pedagogy. Emphasis is placed on the strategic selection of open resources to remove barriers to learning and to foster participatory digital environments across various instructional goals.
