Catalog description

This course provides an introduction to the fundamental concepts and techniques underlying the control, and application of robotic systems. Students will learn about robot kinematics, dynamics, control, perception, and planning. The course will blend theoretical lectures with hands-on lab exercises using simulation software and/or physical robotic platforms. The emphasis will be on understanding the algorithmic foundations of robotics, enabling students to design and implement intelligent robotic systems for a variety of tasks. Prerequisites: CSCI 2336 with a minimum grade of C.
