The course examines the ethical and legal challenges organizations face when collecting, using, and managing data. Topics include data privacy, data ownership regulatory compliance, cybersecurity governance, and responsible data stewardship. Through real-world examples and case studies, students learn how to recognize ethical risks and develop thoughtful approaches to responsible data use in data-driven organizations.
