This course features an introduction to the management functions of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling, as well as the fundamentals of organizational behavior, including values, ethics, motivation, group dynamics, individual differences, attitudes, decision-making, conflict, power, change, stress, leadership, rewards and incentives, communication, organizational culture, and organizational structure.<br/>
