Catalog description

This course contains the fundamentals of probability theory and the basics of statistics. Topics include probability axioms, sampling distributions, descriptive statistics, finite random variables, infinite discrete random variables, continuous random variables, and the Central Limit Theorem. Prerequisite(s): MATH 2414 or an elementary probability course.<br/>
