Catalog description

Study the principles of school finance, budgeting, and accounting procedures used in school districts. Special emphasis is placed on the development of a working knowledge of the history of school finance, current and emerging financial issues, litigation, budget development, fiscal policy, and accountability. Prerequisite(s): EDLD 5318 and EDLD 5336 or permission of department chair. Certification Fee - $150.<br/>
