The study of principles of law relating to the development and sources of law, dispute resolution, ethics, torts, intellectual property, criminal law, contracts, agency, business entity formation, and international law issues in the 21st century. Students who have already taken BUSI 2301 are not eligible to take BUSI 3332 for credit.<br/>
