Catalog description

This course focuses on essential business research skills applicable across industries and business functional areas. Students learn the complete research process: identifying business problems, research design selection, collecting and analyzing data, uncovering patterns, generating insights, and communicating findings through data storytelling. Through lectures, case studies, projects, and industry expert sessions, students gain practical experience selecting appropriate research methods for diverse business contexts and problems, from product development to customer experience.
