Introduction to Fluid Dynamics and low speed aerodynamics; fluid properties; dimensional analysis; conservation equations in integral and differential form; potential flow theory and viscous flow. Prerequisites: C or better in each of the following, MAE 1106 , MAE 2323 (or concurrent enrollment), MATH 2326 , MAE 3309 (or concurrent enrollment) or MAE 3310 (or concurrent enrollment), and MATH 3460 or MAE 3360 (or concurrent enrollment); or student group.
