Catalog description

This course will discuss the pathophysiology of prevalent cardiovascular, metabolic and pulmonary diseases. Methods of exercise prescription and issues of concern will also be presented for these populations, as well as, low back pain, pregnancy, osteoporosis, cancer, children, older adults, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis and cardiac disease. Prerequisites: MATH 1308 , BIOL 2457 , BIOL 2458 , KINE 3300 , KINE 3415 and KINE 3325 .
