Catalog description

This course is designed to prepare undergraduate students in exercise science for successful transition into professional and academic pathways within the field. Students will explore a broad range of career opportunities across clinical, fitness, wellness, performance, and research settings, while gaining an understanding of the qualifications, certifications, and competencies required for each pathway. Emphasis is placed on navigating the professional landscape of exercise science, including graduate and professional school preparation, certification processes (e.g., ACSM, NSCA), and emerging career trends. Corequisite: KINE 1100 .
