Catalog description
In this course students will learn how to use the available technology and software to coordinate the MEP model with the building architectural and structural models in a modern building and analyze any design conflicts. Furthermore, Schedule of construction (4D), and Cost of the project (5D) will be studied as well as the Sustainability (6D). The final model created can be used for the maintenance and operation of the building (7D). Prerequisite: Grade of C or better in CM 3313 and CM 3331 ; Admission to BSCM Professional Program.
