Service operations make up the fastest-growing segment in economies throughout the developed world. This course is intended to help emerging business leaders understand challenges and opportunities inherent in the unique nature of service operations. This course emphasizes both strategic and tactical decision-making, with a focus on the effective design, delivery and improvement of service outputs. Prerequisites: OPMA 5361 .
