Attention will be given to major theorists, such as Whatley, Blair, Bain, Campbell, Spencer, Richards, Burke, Weaver, Toulmin, Perelman, Bitzer, Vatz, Harriman, Leff, Farrell, McGee, Gaonkar, Kinneavy, Scott, Crosswhite, Meyer, Gross, Miller, Fuller and Kent.
