Catalog description

This course introduces students to the institutional and public policy processes that shape U.S. higher education. Students explore how state and federal policies and laws affect higher education including policy creation, adoption, implementation, and evaluation. The course also examines the interactions between state and institutional policymaking and how higher education leaders facilitate policy change.
