This course introduces forensic hair and fiber examination using microscopy, with emphasis on core techniques, analytical skills, and their limitations in crime laboratory practice. It also covers evidence-collection methods and examines the role of hair and fiber analysis in the criminal justice system. Prerequisites: CRCJ 3370 , CRCJ 4340 , and permission of instructor.
