Catalog description

This course introduces students to cybercrime and the forensic methodologies, investigative techniques, and tools used to recover, analyze, preserve, and interpret digital evidence. The course also reviews legal and ethical considerations in the handling of digital evidence. The course will highlight the role of digital forensics in criminal investigations.
