Students pursue either a written thesis or a design thesis project in sustainable design, theory, or technology. A comprehensive summary is required that demonstrates scholarly rigor, methodological clarity, and disciplinary relevance. Each thesis must advance knowledge by formulating a clearly defined research question, applying a sound methodological framework, and producing a critical synthesis of findings. The completed work is submitted as a substantial and coherent document or project that reflects academic literacy and contributes meaningfully to the field.
