Detailed overview of organ-specific effects of toxic substances, organ/tissue-oriented modules that will review basic anatomy and physiology, site-specific metabolism of xenobiotics, mechanisms of toxicity and experimental systems that are used to study toxic effects. Prerequisites: BICH 601, BICH 602 , VTPP 625 , or equivalent; VTPP 673 or equivalent; or approval of instructor.
