Catalog description

Credits 3. 1 Lecture Hour. 5 Lab Hours. Theory and practice in the art and science of the visual image. Students design and implement original techniques or processes for the generation of computer graphics imagery that augments visual storytelling and visual experiences. They will lead projects, develop production plans and design original techniques or workflows. Coursework focuses on contributing original work to the fields of visualization: animation, game design and development, virtual production or interactive design, along with the development of critical evaluation. Prerequisites: Grade of C or better in VIST 305 , and VIST 301 or VIST 494 .
