Addresses challenges and methodologies of designing interactions for artificial intelligence (AI) systems including user-centered design approaches; exploration of how AI transforms the way people interact with technology; work through the design of responsive, intuitive, and ethical AI interfaces; includes a combination of theory, practical design exercises, and project-based learning. Prerequisites: PVFA 201 ; PVFA 301 or concurrent enrollment; junior or senior classification or approval of instructor.
