Credits 3. 3 Lecture Hours. Introduction to the application of epidemiological concepts to the study of disease occurrence in populations of lower animals and man; identify the host, agent and environmental determinants and dynamics of disease spread that provide the basis for successful preventive medicine and public health programs. Prerequisite: Graduate classification.
