Credit 1. 1 Lecture Hour. Engage in experiential learning, work one-on-one with a professional coach and develop a comprehensive leadership development plan based on the findings and insights from individual EQ-i 2.0 assessment report; series of interactive and reflective one-on-one sessions to understand personal emotional competencies and identify areas of improvement. Prerequisites: TCMT 610 .
