Credits 0 to 10. 0 to 10 Other Hours. Advanced instruction to pre-operative and post-operative orthopedic patient care, exposure to orthopedic procedures and operating room activities, hands-on involvement in ambulatory and surgical treatment of common musculoskeletal conditions, fracture management, joint replacement, arthroscopic procedures, designed for students pursuing careers in orthopedic surgery or musculoskeletal medicine. Prerequisite: Doctor of Medicine classification.
