Planning and controlling the conversion of materials, labor, capital, and information into goods and services for both manufacturing and service organizations; emphasis on managerial and technical aspects of planning and controlling operating systems. Prerequisites: Grade of C or better in SCMT 364 or INFO 364 or approval of instructor.
