Credits 3. 3 Lecture Hours. Discussion of the theories and principles of teaching and learning in higher education as it relates to arts education; exploration of the unique challenges and opportunities of teaching arts courses in higher education, including issues of funding, faculty workload and research in the arts, accessibility and inclusion, ethics, student engagement, and technology as it relates to arts in higher education. Prerequisites: Graduate classification.
